Genepy

Luxardo Maraschino
The palate entry is decadently sweet and textured with vibrant tastes of cherry compote and cherry preserves at midpalate. The finish is svelte, moderately syrupy and downright delicious. An outstanding liqueur: use it in an Aviation.
Busnel Calvados VSOP
Busnel Calvados, one of the world’s great brandies, is made from over 40 different apple varieties from Normandy. It's distilled twice in copper pot stills and aged for at least four years in oak casks
Fernet-Branca
Fernet-Branca is a traditional Italian digestivo made from a secret mix of herbs including myrrh, saffron, chamomile and gentian. A shot of Fernet-Branca is often called the “bartender’s handshake” because of its popularity among professional mixologists.
St. George Absinthe
Real absinthe. Made Using the unholy trinity of wormwood, fennel, and star anise distilled in our 1,500-liter copper pot still. After that, we perform a secondary infusion of mint, tarragon, opal basil, lemon balm, hyssop, meadowsweet, and stinging nettles.

Punt e Mes Vermouth
Punt e Mes dates to around 1867 and is simultaneously amongst the bitterest and sweetest of vermouths. Punt e Mes is a rare example of a vermouth amaro, or “vermouth con bitter,” a style of vermouth with extra bitters added.
Herbsaint Legendre
With gentle, floral anise flavor mixed with an herbaceous complexity, and bottled at 100 proof, it offers a more potent delivery of flavor that could prove especially useful in New Orleans classics such as a Cocktail a la Louisiane or a Sazerac
